2. Once you make a complain the complain is escalated to 1 st level where Mr Biswajeet Das is there to take care of all your problem faced you can call her at 033 – 46048895 10AM to 5 PM
3. You will be receiving response mail from our designated mail ID within 24 hrs.
4. Your 2nd & 3rd level of escalation is our Compliance Officer Mr. Chandra Prakash Srivastava you can call him at +919874271601 for you greviances.
5. Your 4th level escalation is our MD Mr. Pawan Kumar Bagri you can call him at +919830035249 for any of your complains not heard by any of our team members.
